June Lake is one of Thompson's Station's newest growth corridors, anchored by June Lake Blvd off I-65 Exit 55, with communities including Saddlewalk at June Lake building out in phases. New single-family homes and ongoing construction define the area, minutes from the Brixworth streets and the Tollgate interchange.
Like every fast-building area, June Lake's appliance story is installation quality: hundreds of kitchens and laundry rooms fitted on construction schedules. Our work here is heavy on first-year corrections, warranty-era triage, and helping new owners understand their high-efficiency machines.
Expect the new-build pattern: shipping bolts, vent runs, drain routing, and leveling, plus appliances from builder packages that all share the same age and will share a failure window in 8 to 12 years. Upper-level laundry is common in these floor plans, so hose and drain integrity checks carry real weight from day one.

A first-year check is genuinely useful in new construction: it verifies the install details builders rush, venting, drain routing, leveling, shipping hardware, and gives you a baseline record while any warranty conversations are still easy.
Violent shaking is not normal at any age. The most common cause in new homes is shipping hardware left in place. We can diagnose it; if it turns out to be a covered part failure instead, we will tell you to use the warranty channel.
Yes. Saddlewalk is part of the June Lake corridor and on our regular Thompson's Station routes. Same new-build patterns apply.
Builder vent runs are the usual suspect: over-long flexible duct, crushed sections, or construction debris in the run. New machine plus slow drying almost always means the vent, and our vent cleaning service measures airflow to prove it.
Informally, yes: after a first visit we keep notes of models serviced at your address in our job records, and our before-you-call checklist shows you how to keep the model and serial list yourself, which speeds every future call.
