Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026. These terms describe how Thompsons Station Appliance Repair Pro provides appliance repair services booked through this website or by phone at (615) 583-1836.

Services and quotes

We diagnose appliances on site and state a repair price before work begins. No repair work is performed without your approval of that stated price. If diagnosis shows a fault outside our scope, or a repair we judge not worthwhile, we will tell you plainly and charge only for the diagnosis as agreed when booking.

Scheduling and access

Appointments are scheduled in windows. An adult must be present at the property to provide access and approve work, unless other arrangements are made in advance, for example under a property management agreement.

Pricing and payment

Prices quoted after diagnosis are the prices for the work described. If additional faults are found during repair that change the scope, we stop and re-quote before proceeding. Any warranty terms for a specific repair are stated on your quote or invoice; nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what is stated there.

Website content

Content on this site is general information about appliance problems, maintenance, and our services. Lifespan figures, cost frameworks, and guidance are educational and do not constitute a quote or a promise for your specific appliance. Program information on the rebates page is provided for guidance; program terms are set by the administering agencies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, our liability arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
